(All venue bookings include use of our 5th and 6th floors. The 5th floor layout is 2,200 square feet of common areas and three meeting rooms. The 6th floor includes 3,600 - 4,100 usable square feet which can be arranged in one of five different floor plan layouts. A total of up to 6,300 usable square feet for your event.)

Skyrise staff arrange each floor plan before your event, and reset each floor plan after your event. At least one Skyrise staff member will be present during your event (and is included in your venue fees) to assist with issues, questions, floor plan alterations, and garbage management.

A cleaning fee of $150 applies to all venue bookings.

To protect against damage to Skyrise's included furniture & plants, a fully-refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for every event venue booking.

Skyrise provides access to a wireless Sonos sound system and can play music of your choice via Spotify or Amazon Music. We also provide use of a ceiling-mounted projector & screen. We do not provide Microphone or other A/V capabilities, though we can recommend several preferred vendors upon request.

All of Skyrise's furniture (lounge chairs, leather couches, office chairs, desks, coffee tables, rugs, etc.) and plants are included in your venue fee. Furniture outside of what we possess will need to be arranged via an outside vendor.

Skyrise includes over 700 decorative (live) indoor plants in your venue booking at no additional charge. The plant layout is based upon the selected floor plan, and can be altered slightly depending on your preference.

When booking Skyrise, 50% of the total venue fees are due at booking; the remaining 50% of total venue fees and full deposit are due no later than 30 days before your event.

All venue rentals include trash & recycling disposal. Please note that your deposit may be affected if the space is left unusually dirty or if garbage cans aren't used by your guests.

Cancellation policy: If greater than 30 days notice, we'll refund half of your 50% down payment. If less than 30 day notice, refunds are not available, however, we can likely accommodate your event on an alternate date. Additional fees may apply.
